Exchange Policy

 

  1. This policy applies only to the original purchaser of the product (“the Product”) that was purchased from Remy Cointreau International Pte Ltd (“RCI”). Products purchased pursuant to a promotion or customised (including but not limited to engraving) or which is a gift-with-purchase item are not available for return/exchange.
  1. You have inspected and confirmed the Product to be correct and in perfect condition.
  1. You are entitled to exchange the Product within eight (8) calendar days from the date of the purchase or delivery of the Product (whichever is later).
  1. The exchange can be effected in-person at such location and at such time to be advised by RCI (including but not limited to delivery or at RCI’s office or other authorised location) subsequent to your notification to us at clientsupport.sg@remy-cointreau.com of your intent for an exchange, such notification to be received by us within eight (8) calendar days from the date of the purchase or delivery of the Product (whichever is later).
  1. The Product to be exchanged must be returned in perfect condition, unopened, with its original packaging and/or seal, and with the original RCI invoice attached.
  1. The cost and risk of returning the Product is your responsibility. Proof of delivery service must be used where you are not returning in-person.
  1. You agree to bear all cost in administering the requested exchange (including all delivery, service and other charges/taxes as will be advised to you).
  1. You shall bear the risk in the exchanged product upon:
    a) the physical handing over to you at the Pop-Up Store where the exchange is effected in-person, or
    b) the delivery or physical handing over to you of the exchanged product at/to the location agreed upon in Clause 4 above.
  1. Each product can only be exchanged once for the same or greater value. Where exchanged for greater value, you agree to pay to RCI the difference.  RCI will not refund nor issue a credit note where the exchange is for a product of lesser value than the Product.
  1. RCI does not guarantee the availability of any product that you may wish to exchange the Product for.
  1. RCI has sole discretion in determining that the conditions of this Exchange Policy has been fulfilled.
  1. RCI has full rights to change any terms of this Exchange Policy at any time.
